Care that helps you stay ahead of foot problems
Sophie Dyne / Benfleet Chiropody & Podiatry carries out diabetic foot assessments to check for changes that can easily go unnoticed, including pressure points, reduced feeling, and early skin damage. Our team knows foot care matters even more when diabetes can affect healing and circulation. Small issues like dry cracks, rubbing in shoes, or thickened nails can become much harder to manage if they're left alone.
Appointments focus on spotting concerns early and giving you clear advice you can use day to day. We talk you through preventive measures in plain language, so you know how to protect your feet between visits. With clinic appointments available Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, as well as home visits by arrangement, we offer flexible support tailored to your needs.

Protecting your feet with regular assessments
Your visit is centred on practical checks and sensible guidance, not rushed box ticking. Sophie Dyne / Benfleet Chiropody & Podiatry looks at the condition of your skin and nails, considers areas of pressure or rubbing, and discusses anything that has changed since your last appointment. If you have numbness, soreness, or a patch that keeps returning, we'll help you understand why it may be happening.
Our qualified podiatrists also explain simple habits that can lower risk, from checking your feet regularly to choosing footwear that doesn't create avoidable friction. If getting to our clinic is difficult, we can also discuss home visit arrangements where appropriate.
